David Otto: The Channel 9 Articles Were Designed to Cover Up a $3.5 Million Inheritance Fraud Against Him

Channel 9 directly aids family robbery

Have you been affected by Channel 9 articles about David Otto?

Know this…

Channel 9—and no other TV station—began their four-year tirade against musician David Otto on the exact same day his inheritance, designed to support his music and the fans who love it, was transferred away from him using a fake will.

It’s a hell of a coincidence—but not really just a coincidence.

The PR lady, Patricia Higgins, who coached up all the witnesses to lie for the series of fake articles, works for David’s aunt—who is the one behind the inheritance fraud, financially benefiting from it.

The will used to transfer his inheritance away from him at 2:22pm on Tuesday July 7th, 2015 – was a forgery.
At 3pm also on July 7th, 2015 – 38 minutes later – his aunt’s PR lady had coordinated an A Current Affair ambush on him at his music tuition studio – followed by a series of fake articles to keep him in disarray while they sold the stolen house for a cash grab..

These sort of articles—such as those from July 2015, May 2019 “Shayla Monique,” August 2019 “India,” November 2019 and others—are called fraud cover, and they in themselves are a criminal offense, currently being investigated by the AFP.

But wasn’t there a court case in Sydney about this?

That was the biggest fraud and fake advertisement to the public of all.

David filed against Channel 9, asking them to tell the truth, but they refused to.

The case was severely rigged by a criminal lawyer now sentenced to prison and disbarred from practicing law.

The corruption extended to the way the judge herself handled the case, which helped continue the inheritance theft.

Channel 9 journalists and a judge assist with theft of a musician’s house and money

During the 17-day trial in 2019, David was death-threatened out of bringing any witnesses to support him, threatened with false arrest if he adduced any of the evidence he had which proved Channel 9’s “witnesses” were lying, then the judge completely threw out his six straight days of internally consistent testimony that proved the claims in the articles were fake and why—so she didn’t have to attend to it.

The NSW court then refused to give David a copy of the audio recording from the trial to prevent him from appealing the tainted ruling.

You’ll also note that still after suddenly being called “Australia’s Most Notorious…” there are still no actual victims; nobody at any time lost any money. This false frame was made up by his aunt’s PR lady to distract the public from the real multi-million-dollar theft going on and to prevent public support after stealing the inheritance his mother left him to launch his music.

So know your facts about David Otto.

The AFP is currently investigating fraud against him for what his family stole, and then paying for fake articles to keep David Otto in disarray and stop fans from supporting him—so his family can get away with stealing $3.5 million from him.

That’s the real story.
